Permanent Orienteering Courses
Permanent Courses are usually designed for beginners but often include difficult options for experienced orienteers. They are a great way to improve your navigation skills, experience orienteering without needing to attend an event, or to simply make a walk more interesting.
We now have 2 types of Permanent Courses:
Traditional where the control locations are marked with infrastructure, usually a discrete wooden post or a plaque.

Virtual via the MapRun app which utilises GPS on your smartphone/watch to track and record your run.
