Pre Event Info

Directions / Parking

Assembly/registration/finish: Norfolk Gardens, Bradford City centre BD1 5SD,

We encourage travel by public transport: assembly is 250m from Bradford Interchange station, 650m from Bradford Forster Square station. All city centre public car parks charge on Sunday.

Public toilets available at City Park Pavilion, toilets and car parking also available at Broadway shopping centre 320m from assembly.

There is a single start for all courses 175m from assembly.

Registration & Start Times

Registration from 10.00 -12.00

Start times from 10.30 to 12.30

Courses close at 14:30. Please have an early start time if you need extra time.

Entry Details

Pre enter with the Fabian link Enter Online

You will be asked to choose a start block. This is to help us manage the queues on the more popular courses. Please help us by keeping to you selected time block as much as you can.

  • Senior BO members = £10; on courses 1 to 4, £7 on courses 5 to 7 (plus £2 supplement if not a member of British Orienteering).
  • All Juniors & Students courses 1 to 6 = £5
  • Juniors on course 7 = £0.
  • Dibber hire is £1 apart from juniors on 5 & 7 Note if you need a dibber with more than 30 control you can hire one - please put that information on the special request section when you enter. We do not have SIACs for hire though.

Closing date for pre-entries at these prices is 23.59 on Sunday 13th July

After this date, online entries will remain open until midnight on Wednesday 16th July at EOD prices. There will also be limited entry on the day (EOD), subject to map availability

Terrain Description

Urban city centre. Juniors do not need to be accompanied by an adult as the courses cross only slower, quiet roads (6) or no roads at all (7)

Dog restrictions

Dogs under tight control and preferably not on the courses.
