Both courses cross public roads so U16s will need to be accompanied.
A dibber is required for the start and finish on both courses. On the long course there will be three randomly placed controls for you to punch. On the short course there will be two controls for you to punch (shared with the long course).
Urban and Parkland. Running on streets and pavement including alleyways and narrow passages, with some playing fields.
No significant vegetation, so full leg cover is not required.
Please be careful crossing roads and be considerate to pedestrians, especially where paths and pavements are narrow.
Under control please. Clear up any mess.
