Juniors to be accompanied by adults as crossing of 30 mph roads required.
Please take care when crossing roads and give way to other road users including cyclists and pedestrians
You must register on the evening, even if you have pre-entered. You MUST report back to registration by the time courses close (8pm), even if you don't complete the course.
Directions / Parking
Parking and registration will be in the Roundhay Park main car park, off Princes Avenue (opposite Lidgett Park Road). The postcode will take you to the Roundhay Fox Pub – the start and registration is in the Roundhay Park main car park, slightly further south – NOT the pub car park.
Bus routes that go to Roundhay include the 12 from Leeds City Centre.

Ideally enter before the event. Entries are open until 7:15 there is no contactless payment. Correct cash payment or Helper Voucher is fine.

Safety and Risk: A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.
Insurance: Everyone is welcome to take part in this event. However, from 1st January 2026, participants who are not members of British Orienteering will no longer be covered by British Orienteering’s public liability insurance. For example, if you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property during the event, you would not be covered by our insurance. By entering any event from 1st January 2026, you acknowledge that you are taking part at your own risk. British Orienteering’s public liability insurance used to cover non-members at events before this date.
