Directions / Parking

Assembly is at The Abbey Inn, Pollard Lane.  Please approach from B6157, Bradford Road.  There is only pedestrian access from the Horsforth side of the river.

We will socialise in the Abbey at the end of the race.

EOD only Seniors £3.50 Juniors and students £1.50

Course Information

45 minute and 60 minute course.

There are leagues for Men and Women, with prizes for the winners of Open Classes and Over 45 Classes.   Your best 5 runs count.

Courses may use either street furniture or normal control kites with pin punches

This event will use on Openorienteering map and a traditional O map.

Terrain Description

Woodland with old quarry workings, and urban terrain.  Please take care crossing roads.

Dog restrictions

On a tight lead please.
