Orange course for more experienced juniors, and Seniors who don't wish to do the Sprint.
Sprint Course for Seniors - Punching at the Start, 3 Controls, and Finish
Terrain Description
Parkland, urban and woodland. Orange and Yellow courses will only use parkland and woodland.
