Course Information

For youngest competitors we provide three Short (less than 1km) courses. Do one and we tend to find a lot of the kids end up doing all three!

For older children and those that have attended earlier events in the series there will be a Medium course. There will also be an urban course.

All SHORT courses stay inside the park.

The MEDIUM course cross the River Aire and uses the woods to the west, before returning to the park. It does not cross any roads.

The LONG course is an URBAN course. This course leaves th park and uses the streets around the park it is therefore for over 16's only. Under 16's may do this course only if accompanied by an adult.
