A number of buses run here from Leeds and Bradford

Please park carefully in the Park Car Park near the old library (just after the traffic lights/cross roads on the A65 at Rawdon). Nearest postcode: LS19 6FA. What 3 Words: ///until.riots.swing

If full, there is a small car park for the playing fields (///keys.quarrel.cost) near the school about 200m further up the A65 on the same side of the road. Return to registration along the A65 if parking here.
If both of these are full, then park considerately on local roads.

Payment, preferably contactless, will be on the day. Any cash payments must be for the exact sum. Change will not be given.

Before attending any orienteering activity all participants should self-assess for Covid-19 symptoms . If you, or anyone you live with, has one or more of these symptoms, however mild, you should not attend the event.

Long Course for Seniors and usually Juniors over 16 on the day

Short Course for Juniors, capable of Orange standard and Seniors wanting a shorter run.

Courses may be planned to Sprint, Middle Distance or Long Distance guidelines

Important Information

Safety and Risk: A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.

Insurance: Everyone is welcome to take part in this event. However, from 1st January 2026, participants who are not members of British Orienteering will no longer be covered by British Orienteering’s public liability insurance. For example, if you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property during the event, you would not be covered by our insurance. By entering any event from 1st January 2026, you acknowledge that you are taking part at your own risk. British Orienteering’s public liability insurance used to cover non-members at events before this date.

Privacy: Please note that by entering our events you are treated as giving your consent to:
