Welcome to the first in our spring series.
Long and short urban courses. A warm up to the sprint in the JK relays.

U16's must be accompanied by an adult
The car park is the Farrar Lane car park (post code LS16 7AQ) and the assembly will be in the land just North of that (directly South of the ASDA). The start and finish will be adjacent to this piece of land.
EOD Registration: From 18.15 to 18:55
Starts from 18:30 to 19:15
Courses close: 20:15 at which point controls will be collected in and all should have reported back to registration.
EOD while maps still available - you will be able to pay online until 7:15 but
Senior members £4 Non members £5
Juniors and student members £2 Non members £3

Long course for more experienced orienteers. The long course will have three random controls on which you have to look out for so you will need to bring or hire a dibber.
Short course for more experienced juniors, and Seniors who don't wish to do the Long.

Safety and Risk: A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.
Insurance: Everyone is welcome to take part in this event. However, from 1st January 2026, participants who are not members of British Orienteering will no longer be covered by British Orienteering’s public liability insurance. For example, if you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property during the event, you would not be covered by our insurance. By entering any event from 1st January 2026, you acknowledge that you are taking part at your own risk. British Orienteering’s public liability insurance used to cover non-members at events before this date.
