The short course is suitable for juniors under 16 but they must be accompanied by an adult.

Assembly, start and finish is just inside Harold Park between the 2 entrances from Cemetery Road. There are no toilet facilities.

COVID Guidance for competitors & volunteers
Before attending any orienteering activity all participants should self-assess for Covid-19 symptoms. If you, or anyone you live with, has one or more of these symptoms, however mild, you should not attend the event.
Long course 4.1K, 50m climb. Suitable only for those aged 18 or over unless accompanied by an adult. There are road crossings - some roads are quite busy - cross at your own risk.
Short course 2.0k, 24m climb. This is largely within parkland with some legs requiring use of footpaths alongside quiet roads - it is suitable for juniors.
SI dibber, required for start, finish and some intermediate controls, may be borrowed on the evening. £30 charge for lost dibbers.
Runnable parkland and urban terrain with some detailed areas and interesting route choices.
On a tight lead please.
