45 minute and 60 minute course.
There are leagues for Men and Women, with prizes for the winners of Open Classes and Over 45 Classes. Your best 5 runs count.
Courses will use postboxes and control kites with code numbers – bring a pen to write down the answers.
Urban, with quite a few controls in parkland and woodland (the latter likely to be muddy, so trail shoes recommended). Headtorch and high vis. essential.
