Pre-entry online via Race Signup -
Sprint (optimum route c5.8km) and a short course (optimum route c2.5km) - both in a Norwegian Score format (you must visit all controls but you can take them in any order).
Neither course crosses the A65, and the short course only uses quiet residential roads, but British Orienteering rules mean that under 16s on both courses must be accompanied by an adult.
It's not a mass start. If you think you'll take a while, then please start early so the AGM can start on time. The planner did the long in 30 minutes and expects the best orienteer to do 24/25 minutes.
Urban with some parkland. Shorts are fine.
On a tight lead please.
