Assembly is a 400m from East Garforth station and 1km from Garforth station, alternatively the 19/19A bus will deliver you there

COVID Guidance for competitors & volunteers

Before attending any orienteering activity all participants should self-assess for Covid-19 symptoms. If you, or anyone you live with, has one or more of these symptoms, however mild, you should not attend the event.

Course Information

Urban Terrain

Long 3.2km straight line, >5km actual 12 controls

Short 2.4km straight line, c.3.25km actual 10 controls

The courses are slightly different so early starters can run both

There are leagues for Men and Women, with prizes for the winners of Open Classes and Over 45 Classes. Your best 4 runs count.

Terrain Description

Quiet residential area with pockets of open space and some linking paths

On a tight lead please.
