Course Information

There will be two sprint-type courses: Long (3.1km), Short (2.0km)

These are ‘straight-line’ distances. On both courses you will run at least 50% further.

Both courses cross public roads, so U16s will need to be accompanied.

A dibber is required for the start & finish on both courses and on both courses there will be three randomly placed controls for you to punch.

Terrain Description

Urban. Predominantly pavements and alleyways in a residential area. The long course visits Horton Country Park which features trail paths and the potential to go off-path.

The long course crosses a busy road, the A647. Care is needed in crossing.

Please be considerate to pedestrians and residents, especially in narrow alleyways.

Dog restrictions

Under control please.
