Assembly is at the junction of Gledhow Valley Road and Allerton Grange Way. Please park on Allerton Grange Way
We will socialise in the Nags Head at the end of the race. Town Street LS7 4NB

Course Information
45 minute and 60 minute course.
There are leagues for Men and Women, with prizes for the winners of Open Classes and Over 45 Classes. Your best 5 runs count.
Courses may use either street furniture or normal control kites with pin punches
This event will use on Openorienteering map and a traditional O map.
Terrain Description
Woodland and urban terrain. Please take care crossing roads.
Dog restrictions
On a tight lead please.
