As it is an urban U16's must be accompanied by an adult
Event parking is on the roads around Calverley Victoria Park. Closest parking is on Chapel Street and Victoria Street.
Please be aware there is a U18 cricket match being held in the park that evening.
Registration will be in the park on the eastern side (by Chapel Street), south of the playground.
Registration from 6.15 -7.10. Starts 6.30-7.15
Courses close 20.15. For those of you who are new to this - course close means that you need to report back to assembly by that time so that we know that you have finished safely. Controls will be collected in from 20:15.
Preferably pre-enter using Race Signup - 
EOD while maps still available - online via race signup available until 7pm

If you are with a running club and plan to come with a number of club runners please contact the organiser so that they can ensure there are enough maps.
Sprint Course for Seniors: 4.0km course, 45 maps available.
Short (Orange level) 2.3km course, 20 maps available. For more experienced juniors, and Seniors who don't wish to do the Sprint
Urban, some cobbles and gravel paths.

Safety and Risk: A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.
Insurance: Everyone is welcome to take part in this event. However, from 1st January 2026, participants who are not members of British Orienteering will no longer be covered by British Orienteering’s public liability insurance. For example, if you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property during the event, you would not be covered by our insurance. By entering any event from 1st January 2026, you acknowledge that you are taking part at your own risk. British Orienteering’s public liability insurance used to cover non-members at events before this date.
