Directions / Parking
Assembly is at Rawdon Meadows Playing Fields.
Apperley Bridge Station is only 500m away. Trains (final destination Bradford Foster Square) leave Leeds at 9:41,10:41, and, probably too late, 11:41 - journey time 13 minutes, calling at Kirkstall Forge en route.
Trains leave Bradford Foster Square (final destination Leeds) at 9:13,10:13 and 11:13 - journey time 13 minutes, calling at Frizinghall and Shipley en route.
Rawdon Meadows car park is at the entrance to the Playing Fields (Woodhouse Grove School), Apperley Bridge on the A658, Harrogate Road. Car parking space is limited. Please park safely on nearby streets if the car park is full.
Do not park in the ironically named Parkin Lane. This is narrow and leads to the competition area

Yorkshire Orienteering Superleague Rules
The main rules for the Yorkshire Superleague are as follows:
- The Superleague remains open to all, but now with all age classes from M/W 10 to M/W 80.
- The Superleague will be organised by age class. Individuals will score only in their age class, even if they run up or down (using the scoring system below).

Terrain Description
Deciduous woodland, with rock and contour features, and a good path network - muddy in places. The area contains some dangerous quarries, which have a fence around the top, and an old prisoner-of-war camp.
