Thanks to everyone who made it out to the penultimate event of the AIRE night series. There was a good turnout, mainly down to the groups of Cubs who came.
Another win for Leon means he now has a perfect score of 300 for the series. That’s 2 years running!
My thanks goes out to Ian Marshall for planning the course. Apologies for the Start/Finish being printed in the wrong place.
The final event of the series takes place next Wednesday on the Chevin. Please note that the parking has changed from Yorkgate Quarry Car Park to Surprise View Car Park opposite The Royalty.

However, from 1st January 2026, participants who are not members of British Orienteering will no longer be covered by British Orienteering’s public liability insurance. For example, if you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property during the event, you would not be covered by our insurance. By entering any event from 1st January 2026, you acknowledge that you are taking part at your own risk. British Orienteering’s public liability insurance used to cover non-members at events before this date.
