Competitors are advised to be respectful of other users of the area, and to exercise normal care when crossing roads
Anyone who volunteers to stay on and help set POC (Permanent Orienteering Course) posts in Bramley Park after the event can run for free.
Everyone should minimise travel wherever possible, but participants and volunteers can travel to take part in organised sport, including orienteering events and activities, where necessary. Participants and volunteers should not stay away from home overnight for orienteering.
The event is being run from Bramley Park.
Park in Moorfields, off Upper Town Street, or, if full, nearby streets.
Only share private vehicle transport to and from the event with other members of your household or social bubble, as defined by current NHS guidelines.
Please maintain social distancing of 2m throughout and ensure you do not gather in groups, however small.
No EOD. Start times pre-allocated 11.00 -12.00
Please maintain 2m social distance. Avoid coming to the start too early, and avoid gathering in groups, before or after your run.
Currently there may be 2 starters per minute.
Hand sanitiser will be available at the start/finish.

Long, Medium, Short and Junior Courses.
The distance that you are likely to run could be approximately 30% extra to the straight-line distance shown below, with the exception of the Junior course

Medium 5.8k 150m climb
Short 4.1k 90m climb
Junior/Beginner 1.9k 35m climb
The event will use SI timing. If you need to hire the cost is £1
The Junior Course will not cross any roads
