Juniors to be accompanied by adults as crossing of 30 mph roads required.

Please take care when crossing roads and give way to other road users including cyclists and pedestrians

You must register on the evening, even if you have pre-entered. You MUST report back to registration, even if you don't complete the course

Assembly is at the junction of Batcliffe Drive and St Chad's Drive Google Maps https://maps.app.goo.gl/fP66gCAFzyeLwnav7 and start and finish are adjacent.

Parking along Batcliffe Drive, Batcliffe Mount and St Chad's Drive is free after 6pm

Please enter in advance via Race Sign Up Sign up to AIRE Beckettbefore 17:00 or contactless payment, cash payment or Helper Voucher.

ALL COMPETITORS please complete your details on the race registration form at the payment position. Most importantly your contact phone number, for safety and insurance purposes even if you have entered via Race Signup.

This is so that we know who actually starts as we do not use SI timing at these events.

Safety and Risk: A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.

Insurance: Everyone is welcome to take part in this event. However, from 1st January 2026, participants who are not members of British Orienteering will no longer be covered by British Orienteering’s public liability insurance. For example, if you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property during the event, you would not be covered by our insurance. By entering any event from 1st January 2026, you acknowledge that you are taking part at your own risk. British Orienteering’s public liability insurance used to cover non-members at events before this date.
