Course 9b Correction

There was a problem on course 9b. The control

description issued on the day was incorrect because

control 7 was missing. As a result of this the event officials

have decided to take the time of the course to control 6 and not

include the time for controls 7 and 8.

This is NOT reflected in the results yet as there is some work

to do to modify the results database.
