Street parking near assembly.
Assembly is at The Royal Hotel, at the junction of Carlisle Road and Station Street
We will socialise in the Royal at the end of the race.

Course Information
45 minute and 60 minute course.
There are leagues for Men and Women, with prizes for the winners of Open Classes and Over 45 Classes. Your best 5 runs count.
Courses may use either street furniture or normal control kites with pin punches
This event will use on Openorienteering map
Terrain Description
Urban terrain. Please take care crossing roads.
Dog restrictions
On a tight lead please.
