3 x 2k (straight line) courses. Run as many as time allows.

Hoping to open courses at 6.30 if I can hang all the controls in time!

Probably just SI for start and finish for this one.

Safety Information

Light traffic but please take care crossing roads

Courses suitable for juniors accompanied by adults

Car parking at Middleton Library, St Georges Centre, St Georges Rd, Middleton, Leeds LS10 4UZ. If full, ASDA probably best bet

47, 48, 74 buses from Leeds City centre

Starts 18:45 - 19:30

COVID Guidance for competitors & volunteers

Before attending any orienteering activity all participants should self-assess for Covid-19 symptoms. If you, or anyone you live with, has one or more of these symptoms, however mild, you should not attend the event.

Course Information

3 x 2k (straight line) sprint courses

Timed start and finish only - visit controls on a trust basis

Can run all 3 if you have time, we may need to recycle maps (20 of each)

For the league

Open age run course B first

45+ run course A first

There are leagues for Men and Women, with prizes for the winners of Open Classes and Over 45 Classes. Your best 4 runs count.
