On the Sprint Course there will be 3 SI controls numbered,1, 2,and 3, which will be visited in that order. They will be placed on random controls throughout the course. They must be punched, or sadly, you will be disqualified. All other controls need only be visited closely. We don't encourage touching of the controls by hand while covid is with us.

Registration will be in the Park between New Brook Street and Castle Road.

Covid-19 Considerations: Please do not enter or attend if:-
Sprint course for Seniors
Yellow course for young juniors (Riverside Gardens only)
Orange course for more experienced juniors, and Seniors who don't wish to do the Sprint. This will not cross roads with traffic above campus speed. Those 12 and under must be accompanied by their parents or guardians
All runners aged under 16 must run Yellow/Orange courses only
Parkland with extensive path network
Mixed Urban for Sprint/Orange courses
Dogs only on a tight lead please.

Safety and Risk: A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.
Insurance: Everyone is welcome to take part in this event. However, from 1st January 2026, participants who are not members of British Orienteering will no longer be covered by British Orienteering’s public liability insurance. For example, if you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property during the event, you would not be covered by our insurance. By entering any event from 1st January 2026, you acknowledge that you are taking part at your own risk. British Orienteering’s public liability insurance used to cover non-members at events before this date.
