Pre Event Info
Directions / Parking
Parking is in a field off Old Lane. The entrance is on the left 100m beyond the junction of Old Lane with the A658. There will be a £1 parking fee
Nb Tour de Yorkshire road closures may impact on competitors coming from the west, anywhere in an arc from Shipley to Ilkley and Addingham.
The race is due to leave Bradford Centre at 12.00 following the A650 to Saltaire, the A6308 to Menston, and then the A65 to Ilkley. There will be rolling road closures of approximately 1 hour, (although the busstops over this route say the rolling closures will only be between 15 and 25 minutes.) At a rough guess it will take approximately 1 hour for the race to get to Ilkley.
We would advise any competitors likely to be affected, to set off with the aim of securing an early start .
