If you think you will take a long time please start as early as possible. Controls will be collected in from 20:15 at which time all competitors should have finished and downloaded. Please do not forget to download

Please enter in advance via Race Sign Up 
Entry on the day via Racesignup or contactless payment, cash payment or Helper Voucher.
Senior BOF members £4; senior non-BOF £5; juniors £2. Dibber hire £1 (BOF have increased their levy for Non-BOF members to £2.50 per event. We are now putting a supplement of £1 to go towards that levy).
If EOD please complete your details on the entry form at the payment position. Most importantly your contact phone number, for safety and insurance purposes unless you have entered via Race Signup
COVID Guidance for competitors & volunteers
Before attending any orienteering activity all participants should self-assess for Covid-19 symptoms. If you, or anyone you live with, has one or more of these symptoms, however mild, you should not attend the event.
Course Information
Long course (15 controls at 3.6km). and Medium course (10 controls at 2.3 km). Courses marked with orienteering kites and random SI controls. No short/orange course, sorry.

Important Information
Safety and Risk: A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.
Insurance: Everyone is welcome to take part in this event. However, from 1st January 2026, participants who are not members of British Orienteering will no longer be covered by British Orienteering’s public liability insurance. For example, if you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property during the event, you would not be covered by our insurance. By entering any event from 1st January 2026, you acknowledge that you are taking part at your own risk. British Orienteering’s public liability insurance used to cover non-members at events before this date.

- your name and your children’s names appearing in the results section of this website or in social media. Read our data protection page to see how we look after your personal data.
- being photographed or filmed during the event and for these images being used on our website, social media or other publicity to provide information & to promote our sport and the club.
