There are leagues for Men and Women, with prizes for the winners of Open Classes and Over 45 Classes. Your best 5 runs count.
Courses may use either street furniture or normal control kites with pin punches
Woodland with many, sometimes vague, paths. It is likely to be muddy after the recent rains. Shoes with good grips are highly recommended. The western parts of the map are particularly affected by undergrowth. Full leg cover essential.
