An event in the Race the Castles in Yorkshire Series 16th-24th August.
Lister Park is the first event in the AIRE Club League 2019/20
Parking and assembly in Bradford Grammar School, using the entrance off Frizinghall Road.
The Indoor Sprint is in the main school building.
Lister Park is across Keighley Road. Use the pedestrian lights. The Park Sprint start is just inside the park by the nearby crossroads traffic lights.
Registration 5.45 - 7.15 Starts Indoor Sprint 6.00 - 7.00
Park Sprint 6.30 - 7.30
Please run the Indoor Sprint before running the Park Sprint.
The Park Sprint Start and Finish are 200m from Registration. Please use the pedestrian lights on Keighley Road to cross to the park. Follow Keighley Road to the right to the main park entrance.

Entry fees for both races combined:
Juniors and Students £3.00; Seniors £9.00 (British Orienteering members £7.00)
Long, Medium and Short Courses for both Indoor and Park Sprint
The Long Course will be for MO, WO, MV classes
The Medium Course will be for WV, MSV, WSV, MUV, YM and YW classes
The Short Course will be for MHV, WUV, WHV, YJM and YJW classes

The results will show the 2 Sprints as seperate events, so if you just wish to run one that will be fine.
It is essential that you run the Indoor Sprint first to avoid any possibility of muddy shoes being used in the school.
If shoes are muddy after your park run please remove them before entering the school to download.
Lister Park is very runnable and fast, if a little hilly. There will be a funfair at one end of the park, which the courses will avoid.
Absolutely no dogs in the school grounds (including parking). On a tight lead in the park, if you use roadside parking.
