Come and Try It Trail O

Running along side the traditional Foot O event will be a small Trail O competition designed for competitors who have not tried this type of orienteering before.  It  relies on accuracy of map reading rather than speed over the ground.

The start, which will be signposted from the car park, will be approx.  200 m along the road from the main Assembly and it will be free to enter.

The course will be open from 10:30 and should take no longer than 20 mins to complete. This part of the wood is not being used by any of the other courses so you may come before or after your main run.
