Well I must be raving mad as I've said that I'm happy to co-ordinate relay entries for the Club for the above events.

So this is an early warning that if you want a club relay run at the JK and  / or the British Champs then please let me now.

The club will pay the entry fees for Juniors and Students .

Seniors will pay the equivalent of the entry fee charged by the event at the time that person advises me they want a run.

(e.g. The entry fee for a senior team at JK is £36 per team before 26 Feb and £45 per team from 27 Feb to 18 March. Therefore if you advise me before 26 Feb you will pay £12 and if you advise me between 27 Feb and 18 March you will pay £15.)

Hopefully this will encourage you to get your thinking caps on early and let me know in good time. It may mean I can get some entries in at the cheap(er) rates. However, if you have advised me that you want a run but I haven't been able to to enter a team at that rate, you will not have to pay the increased entry fee, this will be covered by the club. (e.g. you tell me on 1 February you want a run – you pay £12. If I  am unable to enter a team until 10 March  you still pay £12, the club covers the extra £3 for your part of the entry).

Cheques to be made payable to Airienteers. I will let you know how much is required.

Note that I've agreed to co-ordinate the entries. If there is a need to "pick" who runs in a team then I will ask the advice/opinion of older and wiser heads than mine.     

If you have any Class or Leg Preference (1^st 2^nd 3^rd  not left or right) you can let me know. Whilst we will try for accommodate your request,  we cannot promise anything. Teams will be entered and runners allocated on a best fit basis so that as many people as possible get a competitive run in a balanced team.
